Defense/Rebounding
- 2.8 blk%, 1.4 stl%, 17.0 dreb%, 5.4 oreb%
- poor rotations as a help defender
- has difficulty reading passes
- slow to contest shots at all three levels
- non-factor off-ball
- gets blown by on the perimeter often
Playmaking
- 6.6 ast%, 17.7 TO%
- throws one cool high leverage pass a game, teammates usually sold it
- struggles to dribble in tight spaces and not very reactive as a ball handler
- unable to shift body weight quickly
Shooting
- 32.4 3pt%, 28.3 long2%, 67.7 ft%
- has great flashes of OTD shooting
- tough shot maker… and taker
- solid at hitting spot ups just didn't get a ton of reps as SCAR's primary engine
Finishing
- 60.0% at the rim, 19-21 on dunks
- good flashes as a finisher with touch
- has trouble adjusting in the air
- has issues absorbing contact despite his solid frame
Miscellaneous
- 26.9 FTR is tough for someone who struggled so much to generate easy shots, especially w his build
- fantastic smile
- solid offensive footwork in the paint/mid-post
Conclusion
GG was one of the youngest players in this draft class and struggled in a variety of ways this year on a bad South Carolina team. He has flashes of off the dribble tough shot making and scoring in general, but is a work in progress in many other ways. Jackson will need to figure out how to better utilize his frame as both a finisher and defender as he matures. He will come into the league as bit of a project and a team will need to ensure a proper developmental plan as he continues to improve. GG is a bet on raw skills and talent, and has a lot to work on, but in an idealistic setting has the potential to pay big dividends.
Defense/Rebounding
- really solid on-ball perimeter defender
- sound off-ball defender
Playmaking
- has previous experience prior to G League Ignite in roles with more ball handling duties
- not a complex reader of the floor as a passer
- not going to make many dumb passes
Shooting
- has the capability to be a really proficient C&S guy, but is very streaky
- not going to do much as a shooter from beyond the arc off the dribble
Finishing
- quick first step to get downhill in a straight line
- very good cutter
- struggles to explode near the rim when driving downhill with the ball
- really good two-foot leaper
Miscellaneous
- has played for four professional teams prior to Ignite
- variety of roles played over his career leaves room for role versatility upside
- high level run and jump athlete
Conclusion
Mojave lacks an elite skill, but does a lot of things well as an undersized wing/big guard. He is fairly sound and won’t make many bad mistakes on the court while also not being a big time event creator. He is already well traveled and has been on draft radars for many years, showing different abilities at each stage in the process. Though the game lacks eye-popping skills he does have the ability to take on various responsibilities on a night to night basis.
Defense/Rebounding
- 2.2 blk%, 2.8 stl%, 20.2 dreb%, 9.0 oreb%
- tags roller and recovers well, is just kinda slow
- over gambles a lot in help
- great positioning and hustle on both O and D boards
Playmaking
- 14.6 ast%, 11.9 TO%
- reads the floor really quickly
- but is also somehow a ball stopper?
- misses a lot of kickouts on drives
- mainly a passer out of the post, doesn't really pass on the move
Shooting
- 31.7 3pt%, 41.5 long2%, 77.0 ft%
- idk if he's anything without a jumper and he doesn't project to shoot
- flashes of midrange shot creation
Finishing
- 61.1% at the rim, 17-19 on dunks
- ground bound as a driver
- has some post moves on drives
- real grift as a foul drawer
Miscellaneous
- 24.9% ftr is shockingly low for someone who scores primarily in the paint
- really good screener, sets a lot of great illegal screens
- leaks out in transition well
- first Upside Swings episode ever was about him
Conclusion
Jaime Jaquez is a bet on being good at basketball, plain and simple. Stylistically Jaquez' post up centric offense that allowed him to dominate college ball probably won't translate to the NBA game, but his grift, feel and quick decision making could carry him onto teams as a back up wing, especially if the shot ever comes around.
Defense/Rebounding
- 2.8 blk%, .9 stl%, 12.0 dreb%, 3.2 oreb%
- lockdown on the ball, just a little skinny so he gets bullied some
- floats a lot off the ball
- fouls a LOT on and off the ball on dumb stuff
- not a major event creator
- doesn't really crash the boards
Playmaking
- 7.3 ast%, 13.6 TO%
- flashes of advanced reads
- can't create advantages w the ball in his hands
Shooting
- 31.3 3pt%, 73.8 ft%
- shot is janky and kidna slow
- can't shoot the ball
Finishing
- v poor touch around the rim
- can't really get to the rim in the halfcourt
Miscellaneous
- 48.8 ts% is insanely low
Conclusion
Rupert is the definition of a one way player, he has basically zero offensive skills and projects to be a stopper at the next level. A team will need to commit a lot of resources to make him an NBA rotation player, but if he can bulk up and figure SOMETHING out offensively he can be a playoff rotation player.
Defense/Rebounding
- 3.4 blk%, 2.1 stl%, 15.1 dreb%, 6.2 oreb%
- fake helps as a wing defender
- cannot defend perimeter players
- good verticality around the rim
- slow rotations as the lowman
Playmaking
- 4.2 ast%, 13.7 TO%
- nice lil connective passer
- handle is solid for a big man
- flashes of nice lil interior passes and kickouts
Shooting
- 37.3 3pt%, 80.0 ft%
- shot is smooth
- flashes of tough shotmaking are nice, touch is real
Finishing
- touch is nice around the rim
- solid lil post game, mostly spins but works w his size
Miscellaneous
- nonsensical offball mover
- v long arms and v big hands
Conclusion
Vukcevic is a fun bet on size and shooting w some funk in his game on the offensive end. The defense is v far behind despite his relative youth, but the offense could be enough to get him on the floor early, or he could be a solid draft n stash candidate for teams without many roster spots.
Defense/Rebounding
- 9.0 blk%, 1.4 stl%, 24.7 dreb%, 10.1 oreb%
- uses his strength well as a defender, especially to front the post
- great timing as a shotblocker
- guards PNP's well
- slides his feet well as a switch defender
- great positioning as an offensive rebounder
Playmaking
- 24.8 ast%, 14.3 TO%
- outlet passing king, can throw full court dots
- very quick decision maker
- has a semi-functional handle that works in transition and against bigs
- highlight reel passes are crazy
Shooting
- 38.3 long 2%, 69.5 ft%
- apparently has been working on his shot in the last few offseasons but its yet to show up
Finishing
- 66.1% at the rim, 74-80 on dunks
- uses the rim to protect the ball well as a finisher
- a real threat from the dunker spot
- touch is great around the rim and on post ups
- rolls hard to the rim as the roll man
Miscellaneous
- 30.1% usg is great, suggests real ability to scale back
- reaction time is top tier
Conclusion
Liver Trayce is a tough eval because of the role he played for Indiana. He was primarily a post up big playing w another post up big at all times w flashes of a face up game and solid roll man play. TJD is a bet on feel and production mattering more than fit and style of play at the next level and in the second round that's a bet worth taking.
Defense/Rebounding
- 1.2 blk%, 1.3 stl%, 11.5 dreb%, 3.9 oreb%
- solid at knowing when to dig and when to stay home, times digs well
- alright in isolation
- executes scheme well as an offball defender, nothing special tho
Playmaking
- 17.1 ast%, 15.1 TO%
- picks up his dribble too early often
- handle is kinda loose
- mostly throws passes from a standstill
Shooting
- 38.4 3p%, 41.4 long 2%, 84.5 ft%
- 80.7 career ft% suggests real ability to shoot the ball
- C&S is solid, smooth energy transfer
- can self create from the midrange
Finishing
- 58.2% at the rim, 12-12 on dunks
- funky driver who mostly plays around w pickups
- solid touch and ability to finish through and around contact
Miscellaneous
- 30.1% usg is great, suggests real ability to scale back
- reaction time is top tier
Conclusion
Wong is a solid driver and scorer without much else to his game. He can play on or offball as a driver or cutter and can shoot offball as well. He's not anything special as a creator for others but if you're a team looking for a scoring bench guard Wong isn't a bad swing.
Defense/Rebounding
- 1.4 blk%, 1.5 stl%, 20.8 dreb%, 5.2 oreb%
- fake helps at the nail and floats a lot off the ball
- uses his chest well to contain like-size drivers
- not a vertical defender at all
Playmaking
- 10.8 ast%, 13.3 TO%
- misses reads in transition
- handle is v v loose
- travels a lot for an older guy on closeouts
- moves the ball alright and makes ok connective passes
Shooting
- 33.7 3pt%, 39.8 long2%, 79.9 ft%
- has real NBA range on the J
- loves to hop into shots
- flashes of versatility as a shooter
Finishing
- 56.7% at the rim, 0-1 on dunks
- last dunk was on 1/15/22
- touch is v v lackluster
- can't handle contact around the rim
Miscellaneous
- sells fake backdoor cuts well
- very poor athlete laterally and vertically
Conclusion
Kris is a really simple prospect, and the briefest possible way to describe him is a wingier version of his brother Keegan. The (slightly) longer way to describe him is as a complete playfinishing wing, he can shoot, dribble, finish and make just enough passes to not be a black hole, the defense is a worry but he does enough to probably be playable come playoff time.

Defense/Rebounding
- 1.1 blk%, 5.1 stl%, 16.0 dreb%, 7.4 oreb%
- covers ground v quickly on the defensive end
- floats a lot offball, even on the strong side
- elite event creator, generates steals in a multitude of ways
- overgambles consistently
Playmaking
- 11.4 ast%, 11.3 TO%
- doesn't really pass the ball
- misses a lot of opportunities to cut
- does a lot of meaningless dribbling on the perimeter
Shooting
- 32.9 3pt%, 33.7 long2%, 69.8 ft%
- doesn't really look to shoot even when wide open
Finishing
- 66.7% at the rim, 17-19 on dunks
- nothing special touch wwise, jsut likes to get all the way to the rim
Miscellaneous
- really kept his fouls down this year, dropped from 4.3 to 2.8 fouls/40
- defensive scheme was entirely abt getting him steals
Conclusion
If Clark can shoot he's got a real shot at being a rotation wing due to his length, instincts and aggression, there's just not a whole lot else he does currently to bring any sort of value on that end.

Defens/Rebouding
- 1.9 blk%, 1.3 stl%, 16.1 dreb%, 5.8 oreb%
- decent as a low man rotator
- not a rim protector
- not laterally athletic enough to guard fours
- not generally athletic enough to defend in recovery
Playmaking
- 31.5 ast%, 18.6 TO%
-really accurate passer
- accessibility to his passes remains a question, as he is not much of a creator in the halfcourt
- good at finding cutters from a standstill
- strong decision maker, not an advanced floor reader
Shooting
- 43.4 long2%, 65.0 ft%
- passing accessibility would open up a lot more if he could shoot, but it just isn’t there
Finishing
- 56.2% at the rim, 7-7 on dunks
- not really explosive around the rim, but strong
- can get to the rim against slower bigs off the dribble
Miscellaneous
- ideal context for him to shine as a passer with the offense Princeton ran
- British
Conclusion
Tosan is extremely fun to watch as a yoked big who can pass, but unfortunately the Princeton offense acts as somewhat of an illusion to his NBA translatability. Despite being a great passer and decision maker, without a shot or halfcourt creation ability, the access to those traits becomes limited in a NBA setting. The defense wasn’t a strong suit for him in college, but there were flashes that perhaps there is a useful help defender to be had. Evbuomwan seems to be a case of being more fun than function

Defense/Rebounding
- 3.4 blk%, 1.3 stl%, 21.4 dreb%, 8.7 oreb%
- has fake mobility as a perimeter defender, gets cooked consistently
- cannot defend guys w any degree of shift
- gets thrown around in the post by everybody

- rebounding numbers are skewed by Alabama system that had him at the rim all the time
- doesn’t box out like at all
Playmaking
- 6.0 ast%, 15.5 TO%
- predetermines a lot of decisions
- can make short roll reads but they take FOREVER
Shooting
- 28.3 3p%, 64.9 ft%

- does not look to shoot unless he’s wide open
Finishing
- 71.3% at the rim, 27-30 on dunks
- touch is ok, nothing special
- has zero craft around the rim
Miscellaneous
- over slips screens to a comical degree
Conclusion
Clowney is a solid athlete who doesn't really do much at an NBA level currently. He can't really shoot and doesn't super project to, and he just kinda stands near the paint on both ends of the floor, and the second he steps outside the paint he gets lost. When you watch other guys play he stands out for the cool block or tough chasedown rebound he has but when you watch him play to play he does next to nothing.
